The metal fittings are hand cast in high detail and then plated in 22K gold and rhodium. It has synthetic faceted stones in the dragon’s nostrils and in the top of the cap.
The body is made from white Aurora imitation Opal and purple Marble imitation Opals. Aurora Opal is 80% resin, 20% silica. Marble Opal is 75% resin, 25% silica.
It measures 5 3/4 inches long, is 5/8 inch in diameter and weighs 2.95 ounces.

The metal parts are finished in gun metal and gold plated.
