Shipping Policy
All items shipped will be tracked. If there is a claim that you did not receive the items with the postal service, we can determine what the next move will be at that time. The store will not be responsible for items that are stolen from your poach.Â
Refund Policy
Refunds need to be requested within 2 days of purchase. Once the refund has been approved and the item or items sent back within 2 weeks, then the funds will be reimbursed.Â
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you cancel your order and the item or items have not been mailed that order then will be cancelled and you will receive a refund. If the item had been shipped before the the cancellation, and once the item is shipped back you will receive a refund minus shipping and credit card fees. Â
